1. Find the purchase
- Sign in to the WarriorPlus account associated with the email used at checkout.
- Open Purchase History.
- Select the correct DFYFortuneAI product and edition.
- Use the delivery or access link supplied for that transaction.
WarriorPlus also sends a receipt after a completed purchase. If the checkout email was not already connected to an account, you may receive a separate registration message. Check spam, promotions, and filtered folders if the receipt or registration message is not visible.
2. Open the complete protected download link
DFYFortuneAI download pages may use a security key in the URL. Copy and open the complete link exactly as supplied. Removing the query string, shortening the link, or opening only the base page can produce an Access Denied message.
3. Collect everything needed for restoration
Before closing the download page, collect the items provided for the exact product and edition:
- The complete WPvivid website backup file.
- The installation checklist and Quick Start or tutorial resources.
- The default WordPress username and password used after restoration.
- Any separate add-on plugin ZIP, license note, bonus, or edition-specific instruction.
Most DFYFortuneAI website products use a full WPvivid backup rather than a normal theme or plugin installer. Do not upload the backup through Plugins → Upload Plugin or Appearance → Upload Theme. Follow the WPvivid installation guide.
4. If the purchase or delivery is missing
- Confirm that payment completed rather than remaining pending, held, failed, or reversed.
- Check the delivery email entered at checkout, which may differ from the address on the payment account.
- Search for the product name, WarriorPlus receipt, registration email, and purchase date.
- Make sure you are signed in to the correct WarriorPlus account.
If the transaction exists but its vendor delivery link is missing or fails, contact DFYFortuneAI Support. WarriorPlus Support may need to help when a completed transaction is associated with the wrong platform account or email.
5. Store the backup and access details safely
Keep the original backup unchanged and store a second copy outside the WordPress installation where it will be restored. Preserve the product name, edition, backup filename, receipt, order ID, and download-page link in a private location. Never email or attach the full protected URL, default password, payment information, or API keys.
When requesting help, include the product name, WarriorPlus order or sale ID, purchase email, failed step, exact error text, and a redacted screenshot when useful.
